Service Description

An invigorating hatha sequence, where we flow through each pose with intention - holding them just a bit longer to deepen the stretch. We transition down to the mat for the second half of the class for a gentle stretch, calming breathwork, and an extended savasana. This class is designed to firstly energise you, and then calm your nervous system - leaving you refreshed and balanced.
